Is it just my imagination, or are people (particularly the young) more obsessed with brand visibility than they’ve ever been? I don’t just mean making sure that everyone knows that they buy branded shoulder bags. I mean that the logos are occupying even the smallest spaces. Not content with logos on the sides of trainer shoes, I’ve recently noticed that manufacturers squeeze them onto the toe area too, as well as in the usual spaces such as on the backs of branded sports jackets.
