Burnett Global Education was created by Marcus and Rebecca Burnett. It operates as a recruitment service for specialist international universities. The company helps undergraduate, postgraduate and masters students aiming to work at senior management levels in the hospitality sector. The company also offers specialist guidance and advice for students, their parents and schools. 

Naming the new entity

Initially, Reverse conducted a naming exercise for the new business. The name and identity had to represent the established quality and reputations of the business principals. It also needed to reference trust in the people leading the company, the idea of success, prestige and the ‘global opportunity’. Most importantly, the new identity had to position the business as a trusted partner for the educational establishments it works with. Several potential names were put forward. However, it soon became clear that there was already a high degree of personal trust amongst their clients and in the industry for the Burnetts themselves. So, the choice of name became an obvious one.

After the logo was created, Reverse created a website, stationery and other marketing collateral to represent and support the business proposition. The branded items are used at recruitment fairs and visits to schools’ careers events. The website was designed by Reverse and its web development partner, Nick Chambers Web Development.
